Refunds & Digital Delivery Policy
Last Updated: March 8, 2026
This Refunds & Digital Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through EBook ANVIL at [https://ebookanvil.com] (the “Website”). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Statements, and any product-specific terms shown on the relevant product page or at checkout.
By purchasing a digital product from EBook ANVIL, you agree to this Policy.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold by EBook ANVIL are digital products only, unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
No physical goods are shipped. Any framed artwork, posters, apparel, mugs, device covers, home decor, or other physical objects shown in product galleries or mockups are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. How Digital Products Are Delivered
After successful payment, digital products are generally supplied immediately by one or more of the following methods:
- direct download on the order confirmation page;
- download link sent to the email address provided at checkout;
- access through your customer account area; or
- another digital access method described on the product page or at checkout.
You are responsible for entering a valid email address, checking your spam or junk folder, and maintaining access to any customer account used to complete the purchase.
3. Timing of Supply
Supply is deemed to begin when we make the digital product available to you through download access, email delivery, account access, or another digital delivery method described at checkout.
In most cases, delivery is immediate. Temporary delays may occur due to payment review, technical maintenance, system errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Customer Responsibility for Access and Compatibility
You are responsible for having compatible hardware, software, internet access, storage space, and any necessary applications required to access and use the purchased files.
Unless a product page states otherwise:
- ebooks require a compatible reading device or reading software;
- digital art files require compatible image-viewing, editing, or printing software or services;
- print output and on-screen colors may vary depending on screen calibration, printer settings, paper type, inks, and print providers.
A compatibility issue caused by your own device, software, internet access, printer, monitor, third-party platform, or print provider does not by itself make the product defective.
5. No General Refunds for Validly Supplied Digital Products
Because our products are digital and downloadable, and because they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all sales are final once a digital product has been validly supplied and no legal withdrawal right remains.
This means that, in ordinary circumstances, we do not grant refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want the product;
- you purchased the wrong product by mistake;
- you did not read the product description carefully;
- your device or software is incompatible in a way disclosed or reasonably apparent from the product description;
- you expected a physical item instead of a digital file despite clear product-page disclosures;
- you failed to download the file before an access window expired, where such limit was clearly disclosed in advance.
Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Immediate Digital Supply
If you are a consumer and applicable law grants you a right to withdraw from distance contracts, you acknowledge that this right may not apply, or may be lost, once the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium begins, provided that:
- you expressly consent to immediate supply before the withdrawal period expires; and
- you acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once supply begins.
For that reason, at checkout, you may be asked to provide express consent to immediate digital delivery and to acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins.
If you do not provide that consent, we may delay supply until the applicable withdrawal period expires or decline the order.
7. When You May Contact Us About a Problem
You should contact us promptly at info@ebookanvil.com if:
- you paid for a product but did not receive the download or access link;
- the file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to our fault;
- the file materially differs from the product description;
- the wrong file was delivered;
- the product cannot reasonably be used as described due to an issue attributable to us.
When contacting us, please include:
- your full name;
- order number;
- product name;
- date of purchase; and
- a clear description of the issue, including screenshots where relevant.
8. Remedies for Non-Delivery or Non-Conforming Digital Content
Where required by law, or where we determine that a reported issue is valid, EBook ANVIL may provide one or more of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances:
- re-supply of the download or access link;
- replacement of the file;
- correction of the file, where reasonably possible;
- technical assistance in restoring access;
- price reduction; or
- refund.
We reserve the right to investigate the claim before determining the appropriate remedy.
9. No Refunds for Unauthorized or Prohibited Use
You are not entitled to a refund if we suspend, revoke, or terminate access due to your breach of our Terms of Service, Digital Art License Terms, or other applicable policies, including:
- unauthorized sharing or redistribution;
- commercial use without permission;
- upload to print-on-demand or file-sharing platforms;
- chargeback abuse;
- fraud;
- copyright infringement;
- misuse of promotional codes or discounts.
10. Duplicate Orders and Billing Errors
If you believe that you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing error, contact us at info@ebookanvil.com with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate charges caused by payment error may be corrected by refund or reversal.
11. Failed Downloads and Re-Delivery Requests
If your original access email is lost, deleted, or overlooked, we may, at our discretion, assist with re-delivery upon verification of purchase.
We may limit repeated re-delivery requests if we reasonably suspect unauthorized sharing, abuse, or account misuse.
12. Promotional Purchases
Products purchased with discounts, coupon codes, newsletter offers, order-bump pricing, or other promotional terms remain subject to this Policy unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, we ask that you contact us first at info@ebookanvil.com so we have a fair opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Unfounded chargebacks relating to validly supplied digital goods may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension of access, revocation of licenses, or other lawful action.
14. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or clearly benefits you as a consumer.
